Title IX Notice of Nondiscrimination

It is the policy of the Academy for Business & Technology not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex (including but not limited to sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression), religion, national origin or ancestry, age, disability, height, weight, genetics, or marital status in its programs or activities.
The Academy for Business & Technology, as required by Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972, and its implementing regulations, does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, including in admission and employment.
Any inquiries about the application of Title IX, and its implementing regulations, may be referred to the Academy for Business & Technology's Title IX Coordinator, the Assistant Secretary for the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights, or both.
