For the third year, the Academy for Business & Technology elementary school has partnered with the Michigan Department of Education Summer Food Service Program as a community site providing children with a free lunch.  The Summer Food Service Program takes place at the same time as the ABTE Academic Summer Program:  so students attending the summer enrichment program are provided with both a free breakfast and a free lunch.  ABTE provides an average of about 440 lunches per week.
