About Us
The Academy for Business & Technology elementary campus opened in 2003. The academy is a tuition-free public charter school, serving grades K-12 on two campuses. The elementary campus serves approcimately 325 students in a caring and safe environment. We value diversity at our school - and our students come from a variety of ethnic backgrounds including African American, Hispanic, Arab-American, Caucasian and others.
We made AYP and received a "B" grade from the Michigan Department of Education.
Learning is fun in our quality core academic program that includes instruction in foreign languages, physical education, computers, health and music. Our winning program features:
